Another album of twisted, macabre, depressive, melancholic, post-punk infused black metal from Sweden's Lifelover. Like Pulver, this is an absolutely spectacular release, chock full of dark, melancholic melodies, subtle keys, vocals that range from post-punk, Cure/Joy Division clean vocals, to anguished, twisted screams... overall, a wonderful release that I cannot recommend enough. For fans of everything from The Cure and Joy Division, to Amesoeurs, Alcest, and Joyless. Total Holocaust Records.
